Cement Heads is the 4th episode of Aaahh!!! Real Monsters from the 3rd season. It first aired on September 14, 1996.

Summary[]
Ickis, Oblina, and Krumm go on a scare in an abandoned building. They spot three gargoyles, monsters condemned to live out their days in cement for stealing toenails; they claim they did not commit that crime, though. Ickis frees them from their prison, but soon has to run for his life when he discovers they are guilty of the crime.
Plot[]
A couple of construction workers are set to demolish an abandoned building, which is claimed to be haunted since there were voices heard, when they hear voices saying that they are not ghosts and run away in terror. The Monsters are then seen emerging out of a fountain and find that nobody is around, getting the feeling that they are being watched as well. They suddenly hear voices telling them to free them and hide into the fountain. They discover that the voices are from the gargoyles on the front of the building named Chimera, Echnida, and Typhon. They ask The Monsters if they could free them, but Oblina gets the premonition that they would be up to no good. The gargoyles tell The Monsters that they were held as prisoners and tell an anecdote of their imprisonment.
In the story, which took place exactly 75 years, one month, two weeks and four days ago, three monsters busted into the first monster toenail treasury and sprayed the entire room down with perfume tied everyone up with salt water taffy. They stole a bag full of toenails and escaped. They claimed that toenails were never found. The gargoyles, once live monsters, are then shown in their dorm room when they get convicted of the crime and sent to court since the salt water taffy stain was on the sock inside their dorm room. They took the fall and became sentenced to life as gargoyles.
Back in reality, the gargoyles try to convince the monsters that they are innocent and as a wrecking ball shows up to destroy the building, Ickis, saves the gargoyles from getting into conflict of the destruction of the building. The three gargoyles break, revealing the monsters as they escape with the other three monsters through the fountain right before the building quickly demolishes. Chimera thanks the three young monsters for saving him, and Oblina and Krumm remind Ickis that they will be taken to The Snorch if they don't get to class on time. Chimera, Echnida, and Typhon decide to have Ickis give them a tour around the monster school.
Later, Oblina and Krumm go to The Gromble's room to tell him that Ickis is hanging around the monsters once gargoyles, who the Gromble describes them as "The Notorious Taffy Gang." He tells them that they were the ones who stole the toenails out of the treasury 75 years, 2 months, 1 week and 4 days ago. The Gromble leads Oblina and Krumm to the old farmhouse, where the Taffy Gang are causing mischief and steal toenails from the robbery 75 years, 2 months, 1 week and 4 days ago, much to Ickis' shock. He attempts to leave, only to get held back by the Taffy Gang. But he manages to escape with the bag of toenails in his hands, with the Taffy Gang chasing after him. He comes across Krumm, Oblina, and the Gromble, the latter of the three retrieves the bag of toenails and catches the Taffy Gang. But Chimera grabs Ickis and attempts to dump him into a cement truck replete with wet cement. He orders the Gromble to give up the bag of toenails in order to spare Ickis' life, which Gromble complies to. Oblina, however, grabs the toenails from the Taffy Gang and throws them through the hole, which the Taffy Gang falls through and into the cement truck right after Krumm retrieves the bag. As the Taffy Gang are getting hardened by the cement inside the cement truck, the Gromble tells Ickis, Krumm, and Oblina how proud he is of them and says that the Taffy Gang are going to be doing some "serious hard time."
The Taffy Gang are later seen at the freeway paved into the streets, where the cars repeatedly run them over. This proves to be far worse than being trapped inside gargoyles.
