Hal is the mall security guard who appears in Gone Shopp'n. He is sleeping on his job while the monster trio and the burglar are there. At the end, he is gifted with the lamp for catching the burglar, but he throws it away. He was yelling at the dogs saying "No running in the mall! Darn dogs.".
