Man in restroom is a male human who is caught sitting on the toilet with his pants around his ankles reading a newspaper by Exposia Vertov while she is searching for a celebrity in the bathroom.

Monsters Are Real: Exposia Vertov catches him sitting on the toilet with his pants down.
Exposia pushes the door open on him in the bathroom and he yells in shock. Once she registers that she walked in on him pooping, she continues to stare and starts giggling at him. She eventually walks away and leaves him to his business.
Later on, in the same bathroom, he hears a conversation between Ickis, Krumm, and Oblina about the human "flashing" Ickis (taking his picture). He is confused at first but then shrugs at the viewers and goes back to reading his newspaper on the toilet.
