The show started off quite slow. But around the second half, I started seeing more great episodes. While they're not by all means perfect due to the lack of pacing, I still enjoyed them. Plus, I'm not too much of a horror person, but this concept works. I still think Monsters Inc. did this concept in a funnier way. The quality of this season was all over the place. IMO, Simon Strikes Back was the best episode since it'll be interesting to see more about Simon, who is the main bad guy of the show. I was entertained by it throughout. My least favorite was Krumm's Pimple. That talking pimple, Steve, was annoying me and he was a jerk. And just because Michael Price wrote it doesn't mean he's a bad writer (his Simpsons work is great). My favorite character is tough but I'm gonna has to go with the Gromble as the voice actor's delivery is amazing and the way he react in his mood (can be talking peacefully to loud). So, that's it for my first season review. I'll back for more Real Monsters in July when I review the second season.

NOTE: This will be posted here rather than on another website since this more suitable.

Overall Score: 7.6=8/10
