Vlorana is a monster who is an avid surfer, she is likely a student of The Monster Academy, as all the other competitors in the Great Wave race are.
Looks[]
Vlorana is light blue-grey with a kidney-shaped body, well-defined neck, three eyes, pink lips, and long blue-grey hair worn in two braids with yellow ribbons. She has two arms with four digits per hand and two legs with eight digits per foot. She has an extremely large pink tongue which she uses as a surfboard.

The Great Wave: Vlorana is one of the competitors and eventual winners of the Great Wave Competition.
Trivia[]
- Frunk comments of Vlorana "Hang seventeen!" This is a reference to the surfing term "hang ten" in which a surfer stands of the front of their board with their toes hanging off. However, Vlorana is never shown to have more than sixteen toes.
- Vlorana’s use of her tongue as a surfboard is similar to SpongeBob’s use of his tongue as a snowboard or “sandboard” in the SpongeBob SquarePants episode “Pre-Hibernation Week.”
